The strange side effects of creating content

Ever notice how after you start creating content, you can't watch anything the same way again?

It's like, when you shift to creating, suddenly you're not just watching a video...

You're noticing:

And then your brain starts processing everyday experiences as potential content.

The conversation you had over coffee? That could have been a podcast.

The random thought in the shower? That's a tweet.

The longer we create, the more our brains adapt to this new way of thinking.

Studies have shown that consistent creative work increases neuroplasticity—your brain's ability to form new connections and see patterns.

I don't mean to be dramatic (ok, maybe I do a little), but becoming a content creator literally rewires your brain to see the world differently.

That's crazy.
