ICE Is Now Using Facial Recognition On Children

ICE has used facial recognition over 100,000 times since June and a new lawsuit reveals they're scanning children too.

Two teenagers were stopped while riding their bikes near an Illinois high school.

They were US citizens.

One agent asked another, ""Can you do facial?"" and pointed a phone at the teenager's face.

It’s the same app we've talked about before, Mobile Fortify.

DHS is storing these children's photos for up to 15 years.

A kid stopped today could have their biometric data in a federal database until they're 30 with no arrests, charges, or suspicion of a crime.

DHS policy says age is a protected class but there's no parental consent required and no way to get your kids' data removed.
