According to 404 Media, ICE just paid a company called AI Solutions 87 to deploy AI bounty hunters.
Their agents map your friends, family, and locations, then hand that to human contractors who verify your address through physical surveillance.
One contractor recruited people on LinkedIn to stalk targets for $300.
