Hop on this Spotify opportunity?

A few weeks ago, I recorded an episode on outdated marketing strategies.

In it, I talked about finding the "meta."

In a nutshell, the meta is the strategy you can implement that delivers fantastic results.

I believe there's a meta right now for podcasters, and it's on Spotify.

Last week, Spotify announced quite a few updates.

One of them: they changed the name "Spotify for Podcasters" to "Spotify for Creators."

Another: you can now upload clips with your episodes.

Historically, people are slow to adopt new features on platforms.

That gives the advantage to people who take advantage of the new opportunities available.

If you have a podcast (regardless of where it's hosted), I highly recommend uploading video and clips along with your episodes.

If you're unsure how to do that, I recorded a 30-second video showing you how.

And if you're too busy to do this now, it might be time to reconsider your marketing strategy and let go of activities that aren't giving you returns. :)
